International shipping
We offer EMS Express with insurance tracking confirmation & shipping box. It usually Shipping takes 5-10days worldwide.A tracking number will send to you in 24hours,so you can track the progress of your order online, Please allow up to 5 days for the shipping company to update the information on their website.Additional 24-48 hours for processing time and could take up to another 48 hours in case we have to contact Paypal or Credit Card payment processor for verification.If your order has not arrived within the time period, there may be delay due to your country’s custom clearing process.
Shipping Restrictions

Exchange & Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed,or defective merchandise within 15 days of receipt. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers.Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
Please contact us as soon as possible and tell us the reason why you want to send your items back. If an item is faulty,please provide details why. Enclosed photos of real product will be a lot more persuasive. All money will be refunded if a manufacturing defect or shipping error occurs. In case of reshipping, we will pay the return shipping cost.
If you want to exchange a different size or color based on stock availability and price. We will reship new item after we received the original one and you paid exchange shipping fee. We do not reimburse shipping for exchanges or no-questions-asked return.(We advise that you only wear the shoes around your house for a limited time if there is a chance you might need to return theseto our store.Items are returned to Amenity Shoes with a postmark no later than 7 days from receipt of goods.
